How do I add V-Orange to the homepage of my cell phone?


If you have an Apple phone: - Open Safari - Navigate to viessmannorange.com - From that website tap the Share button at the bottom of your screen - Tap add to Home Screen - The icon appears only on the device where you add it If you have an Android phone: -Open Chrome - Navigate to viessmannorange.com - From that webpage at the top right tap the three dots "More" - Tap create shortcut - Enter a name for the shortcut and click Create




What communications will I receive if I opt in to subscriptions when I sign up for V-Orange?


You will receive emails from Viessmann Canada on news and events, promotions on our products, and informing you when new Academy webinars and in person seminars are available. You can opt out at any time.




How do I contact Viessmann technical support?


Expanded technical support for heating contractors can be found by calling our TechInfo line: 1-888-484-8643. When calling the TechInfo center, please be prepared to answer the following questions: - What Viessmann model you are working on? - What is the 12, 16 or 18 digit serial number? - What is the installation address? - What date was the product installed?
